Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into their chosen program.
  • Assess job seeker skills, abilities, identify barriers, and intervention strategies; develop and maintain work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, tailored interventions (including other service providers), and employment support activities; reverse market job seekers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes; provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment.
Requirements:
  • You are self-driven, resilient, and experienced in customer-facing roles. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can move agilely through your tasks. Experience within the employment services sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • - Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
  • - Ability to use computer systems with excellent data accuracy and note-taking.
  • - Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.
  • - Enjoy achieving KPIs – we prioritize securing meaningful work for vulnerable individuals.
  • - Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or be willing to obtain one.
