Data Integration Specialist for High Profile Federal Government Project

HiTech Group is seeking experienced Data Integration Analysts to provide critical assessments of business systems and ensure value from monitoring solutions.
The successful candidate will secure an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of two 12-month extensions. This position offers rewarding hourly rates plus hybrid working arrangements, allowing for a great work-life balance.
About the Role
- Lead technical integration of log aggregator (Splunk ITSI) solution and develop correlation of large data sets for effective event management.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand system architectures and services, including complex integrations with other systems.
- Analyse and document stakeholder requirements, translating them into specific monitoring Splunk ITSI Service Decomposition objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Extensive experience in identifying and documenting business-related requirements for monitoring solutions.
- Proven ability to work with new systems and rapidly understand and document their architecture and associated operations.
- Experience working with log analytics tools, such as Splunk, Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Elastic, and Azure Log Analytics, SCOM, AppDynamics, and developing database queries like SQL Server and Oracle DBMS.
