We are a dynamic organisation seeking a part-time Efficient Office Coordinator to join our team in Pakenham, Victoria.
Role OverviewThis vital role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, you will be an essential member of our team, contributing to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the management team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with the coordination of office supplies and equipment
- Support various projects and initiatives as needed
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
