Workshop Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our busy Perth workshop.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a workshop environment, with a strong understanding of insurance processes and parts supply.

You will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in workflow and productivity management tools.

About the Role:

  • Manage workshop operations from estimating to final repairs
  • Lead, coach, and schedule your team to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Liaise with insurers, parts suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and maintain a safe working environment

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a workshop environment, with a panel beating background
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and team supervision
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and parts supply
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proficient in workflow and productivity management tools
