Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Case Management Professional to lead a high-performing team in overseeing workplace investigations and case management across a designated portfolio of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, investigations, and stakeholder management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to manage complex employee matters, develop and lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with HR, IR, Legal, and business leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the case management function across their assigned portfolio, including overseeing investigations into misconduct, grievances, performance, fitness for work, appeals, and Whistleblower matters.
  • Personally managing sensitive cases, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
  • Developing and leading a high-performing team of Case Management Managers.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide advice on complex and sensitive people matters.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in case management, HR, or employment law, including extensive experience managing complex employee matters.
  • A degree qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Resilience and sound judgment in handling sensitive and high-pressure situations.
  • An analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with capability in using data to drive insights and decisions.
