Role and Responsibilities

You will play a crucial part in providing trusted advice and support that helps our clients make informed decisions and drive real impact where it matters most.

  • Develop and implement financial and cost models to inform strategic decisions
  • Conduct performance and sustainability analysis across cost, funding, and capital structures
  • Offer technical accounting and reporting advisory, including complex transactions
  • Design and develop funding and activity-based costing analytics
  • Support business case development and investment evaluation to enable informed funding allocation
  • Drive economic and financial analysis that underpins policy and project decisions

What You'll Do

As a member of our Finance Advisory team, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to client finance teams on accounting, budgeting, financial, and management reporting
  • Enable better financial outcomes through cost modelling, pricing, and charging reviews, sustainability analysis, forecasting, business case evaluation, procurement support, and commercial assurance
  • Improve finance and corporate service functions by assessing and redesigning operating models, enhancing processes and controls, and supporting digitisation and automation
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends affecting government entities, and incorporate relevant insights into client solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and government entities
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues to help foster professional growth and capability within the team
