As a seasoned leader, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, driving business strategies and enhancing performance through effective management.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee complex commercial partnerships.
  • Provide strategic direction to teams, up to and including senior managers, across multiple activities. Lead teams to achieve performance objectives and bring our Employee Value Proposition to life.
  • Design and implement strategies, operating models, processes, and compliance frameworks to optimize indirect tax management throughout the tax lifecycle. Identify opportunities for tax optimization, credits, and refund recovery, and reduce exposure.
Key Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Significant experience in indirect tax within a professional services firm or a large organisation.
  • Strong technical skills in indirect tax, particularly in Stamp Duty.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills in market-facing initiatives, client delivery, and staff development.
