Job Title: Entertainment Travel Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an Entertainment Travel Consultant. This position will require the ability to manage complex client travel requirements, analyze inquiries and requests from clients, and provide expert advice on the best options to offer.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client travel arrangements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
  • Develop logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that specific requirements are met.
  • Provide exceptional service to all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve errors or complaints in accordance with customer service standards.
  • Operate in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies and standards.

This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues. The successful candidate will have experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients, and/or group travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high demand clientele.
  • Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Travelport.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
