Job Title: Entertainment Travel Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As an Entertainment Travel Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.

You will formulate complex logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements
  • Formulate complex logistical itinerary plans
  • Service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards
  • Report, investigate and resolve errors or client complaints
  • Operate in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and policies

Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high demand clientele
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing and reissues
  • GDS experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and think outside of the box
