The purpose of this role is to drive business improvement initiatives, leveraging process and operational expertise to enhance services delivery, effectiveness, and efficiency.
This opportunity reports to Operations Manager and offers a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working available.
You will play a key part in driving continuous improvement across the Claims team, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and streamlining processes.
- Identify and address cross-functional impacts on all Claims teams.
- Presents ideas and builds business cases for claims leaders to approve and facilitate implementation end-to-end.
- Manage business process improvement initiatives/projects according to an agreed project plan.
- Support claims system testing when required.
- Ensure risks and issues are communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to refine claiming requirements and improve efficiencies.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of claims processes, business rules, and systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivation with strong teamwork skills.
- Able to operate effectively in a dynamic business environment and adapt to areas where substantial change is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence decisions.
- Skill in building internal and external business partnerships.
- Candidates with Lean Six Sigma green belt certification are desirable.
