This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and skilled lawyer to excel in our dynamic property team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience to join our property team, assisting with commercial property transactions from start to finish, including contracts, options, sales, acquisitions, and management of properties
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property law, with a solid understanding of property transactions, drafting sales contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for managing settlements through PEXA, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaising with stamping agents for Office of State Revenue requirements is a key aspect of this role
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the team and liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
About You:
  • A minimum of 2-6 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer is required
  • Proven experience in property law, with a solid understanding of property transactions is essential
  • Proficiency with the PEXA platform is necessary for success in this role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, are highly valued
  • The ideal candidate will be willing to pass knowledge to junior team members
