Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of business case outlines

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on progress updates and project status
  • Provide support for Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Oversee Steer Co initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, as well as manage issues
  • Lead portfolio management across client delivery frameworks
  • Discover opportunities for process enhancement
  • Contribute to the overall portfolio managed by Delivery Assurance
  • Understand business needs through portfolio initiatives and prioritization
  • Identify convergence opportunities—maximizing resource utilization and delivering business value
  • Collaborate with multiple client teams for resource allocation, timing, and sequencing
