We are seeking a Compliance Officer to manage our logistics operations effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting compliance checks and ensuring timely submissions of work diary pages and other documentation.

Key responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and staff education on compliance issues.

  • Maintaining NHVAS Information
  • Scanning and entering Work Diary Pages (WDP's)
  • Performing compliance checks on WDP's to ensure accurate completion
  • Ensuring WDP's are submitted in accordance with company and legislative time frames
  • Data entry and maintenance of other compliance related information and documentation
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed
