Job Title

We are seeking a skilled technologist to merge machine learning with cinematic storytelling, pushing the boundaries of VFX production through advanced automation and optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ML-based tools for enhanced VFX workflows.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to integrate ML models into high-performance production pipelines.
  • Research and prototype state-of-the-art computer vision and generative AI techniques for image, video, and 3D data processing.
  • Optimize and deploy ML solutions for real-time and batch processing on high-performance systems.
  • Document knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to our internal expertise database.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks).
  • Familiarity with VFX pipelines and principles, including DCC tools (e.g., Nuke, Houdini, Maya), and rendering technologies.
  • Knowledge of 3D data processing, such as point clouds or volumetrics, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with GPU optimization, cloud computing, or distributed training.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate creative challenges into technical solutions.
