**About the Role**

Series of inspections and testing are required to ensure that samples meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that samples are sent to the appropriate laboratory as required.
  • Complete accurate reports in a timely manner to ensure all information reported is delivered as per customer timeframe.
  • Communicate with customers to initiate or carry out their requirements to maintain optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out all activities in a safety-conscious manner to ensure compliance of all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain and develop skills and qualifications needed to perform role effectively.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to management.
  • Inspections in relation to agricultural commodity exports and domestic trade.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Preferred knowledge/experience within the agricultural services sector and/or export market.
  • Current driver's license.
  • General site safety awareness and training.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Australian Government Authorized Officer PGG3001 & BVI3001 accreditation (desired).
