Job Title:
Quality Control Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and testing of production parts, assemblies, and welds to ensure compliance with Australia standards, production drawings, and weld procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating and working with contractors to facilitate required 3rd party quality testing/inspections.
  • Perform MPI weld testing and complete inspection reports for weld traceability and client reporting.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
  • MEM240003 B - Perform basic magnetic particle testing.
  • Basic weld inspectors' certification or higher.
  • 5-7 years' experience as trade certification – Fabrication /boilermaker.
  • 2 years of previous in-process inspection or manufacturing QC experience using measurement equipment, jigs, and drawing information.

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum.
  • Superannuation commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
