Home Loan Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Loan Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them navigate the home loan journey.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and video.
  • You will work with our cutting-edge technology and AI-enhanced platform to drive efficient and effective home loan settlements.
  • You will receive pre-qualified appointments booked for you, making it easier to connect with potential clients.
  • You will submit deals to our in-house processing team, reducing administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • You should have experience in phone-based sales roles or mortgage broking, lending, or financial services.
