Job Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our maintenance operations.

This is an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager who wants to lead and manage a team of professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, delivery and ongoing improvement of our maintenance management system.

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals across a complex organisational structure.
  • Oversee maintenance activities performed by internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring that tasks are correctly conducted, certified and recorded.
  • Ensure compliance with approved maintenance management and workplace health and safety systems.
  • Plan, schedule and manage maintenance requirements and requests in accordance with business priorities.
  • Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within budget, schedule and required quality outcomes.
  • Champion the deployment of the maintenance management system, including compliance with policy, regulations, safety and training requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma of Engineering - Advanced Trade or Technical qualification.
  • Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
  • Practical knowledge of leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a work area.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills specifically within radio and information communication systems with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organisation.
  • Substantial experience working at a management level within a complex integrated team project environment.

Must hold a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as required.
