Nurse Leader

As a Senior Nursing Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families. This involves providing leadership and supervision to care teams, supporting Registered Nurses in their roles, and promoting a harmonious team approach to care delivery.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the diverse needs of residents, including cultural, spiritual, and individual requirements.
- Provide advanced nursing care to residents with complex needs, such as palliative care, dementia support, restorative care, and pain management, to enhance their wellbeing and quality of life.
- Support nursing staff in assessment, care planning, documentation, and evaluation of care outcomes, ensuring seamless care transitions and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and participate in clinical handovers with Registered Nurses to ensure optimal care coordination.
- Promote a culture of safety and best practice by acting as a role model in medication management, adhering to protocols, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional care standards.
