Job Overview:

MSS Security is seeking a dedicated and skilled Aviation Protection Officer to join our team in Tamworth.

This role requires an individual who can provide a visible security presence at the airport, ensuring the safety and security of passengers and baggage.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing passenger and baggage screening services
  • Managing traffic flow and screening at security checkpoints within the airport
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding professionally to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining and following all compliance procedures and safety measures
  • Recording incident reports as required
Requirements:
  • A Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (free paid training available for the right candidates)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
  • The ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance (funding provided)
  • Customer service experience with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
