About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at Audika in Salisbury. As a key member of our professional audiologists' team, you will work independently providing services to a diverse range of clients, including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.

As an Audiologist at Audika, you will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, enabling you to provide the best possible solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services tailored to a diverse clientele.
  • Perform precise and insightful hearing assessments, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
  • Prescribe suitable hearing aids and skillfully fit them, personalized to individual needs.
  • Participate in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote our top-tier hearing services.
Requirements
  • Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with a wealth of experience in audiology and profound familiarity with hearing device products.
  • Qualified Professional (QP) with Membership: Hold a QP qualification and maintain an active membership with a recognized audiological peak body.
  • Demonstrating an unwavering dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge, contributing to our mission.
  • Have proven Commercial Acumen: Showcase your commercial awareness with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Leverage your strong interpersonal communication skills and innate empathy to foster meaningful connections with our valued customers.
