Facilities Management Role
The Facilities Resource Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations related to the management and maintenance of school grounds and amenities. This will involve coordinating emergency protocols, handling minor repairs, and ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation in all interactions with service providers and contractors.

Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders, staff, and service providers. You will also need to possess sound team management and supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff. Additionally, you will need to have demonstrated sound computer skills in a range of application software packages, including spreadsheets and word processing.
