Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Rockingham, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Plan and organize resources, tasks, and timelines to support successful project delivery.
  • Carry out project tasks within assigned scope, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Provide technical input and support to project teams on design, construction, modifications, and repairs.
  • Assist with procurement activities, supplier engagement, and subcontractor management.
  • Contribute to project profitability by balancing cost, time, and quality constraints.
  • Ensure project outputs meet quality and time requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience as an Engineer; experience in marine projects is desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
  • Australian Defence background is desirable; must have relevant Australian working rights.
