We are seeking a seasoned trade professional to fill the position of Trade Store Manager. This is an excellent chance for an experienced leader to take on new challenges and grow with our organization.

About the Role

This key position requires a strong understanding of trade operations, sales strategies, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day store activities, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing store operations, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring inventory management and loss prevention are effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Respond to customer needs with a solutions-focused approach
  • Drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Background in trade or plastering (highly regarded)
  • Experience in hardware or trade retail (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations
  • Organised, hands-on, and results-driven
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
