About the RoleThis role involves planning, developing, and delivering quality vocational education and training in a range of learning environments. You will work with Program Leaders and Managers to set and achieve teaching objectives, provide pastoral care to students, and undertake administrative tasks related to program delivery. Additionally, you will develop and maintain student learning programs, establish and maintain a positive learning environment, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess appropriate post-secondary qualifications, relevant industrial experience, and a Victorian Electrical A Grade License. You will also require a Certificate III in Electrotechnology, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a similar qualification, and a demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and teaching methodologies.
SalaryThe salary for this role is estimated to be between $78,564 and $111,391 per annum, plus superannuation.
