Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Follow the Dream Program Coordinator. The position involves providing strategic leadership and fostering a positive school culture, with an emphasis on coordinating all aspects of the Follow the Dream program and supporting its integration into daily operations.

The successful applicant will play an important part in developing and implementing targeted programs, plans, and whole-school approaches aimed at improving student achievement, in line with the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework. They will utilize effective change strategies to facilitate acceptance and development of opportunities that enhance student educational outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial resources, monitoring implementation, and developing improvement strategies based on quality data and contextual information. Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially Aboriginal families, communities, and industry groups, are essential for ensuring effective program delivery and support for students' academic and career pathways.
