Position Summary:

As part of our Footwear department, you will produce quality leather boots and gain an understanding of our products and processes.

We look for enthusiastic, task-oriented, and reliable craftspeople who have great attention to detail, are eager to learn, and possess a positive attitude towards work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve production KPIs
  • Collaborate with the team
  • Ensure boots meet correct specifications
  • Follow all safe work procedures
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Visually inspect products for quality
  • Report equipment issues to supervisors or managers in a timely manner
  • Perform general housekeeping duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Production/manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
  • Machine operation experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
  • Great attention to detail with a strong work ethic
  • Physical fitness and motivation to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
  • Dedication to work, punctuality, and flexibility to do overtime when required
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Enjoy working with hands
