**Position Summary**
We are seeking Full-Time employees to join our growing Production team at our R.M.Williams Workshop in Salisbury, Adelaide. As part of our Footwear department, you will be producing quality leather boots and gaining an understanding of our products and processes.
We are looking for the next generation of craftspeople who are enthusiastic, task-oriented, and reliable. You will need to have great attention to detail, be eager to learn, and possess a positive attitude towards work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieving production KPI's
- Collaborating with the team
- Ensuring boots are made to correct specifications
- Following all safe work procedures
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Visually inspecting products for quality
- Reporting all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner
- Undertaking general housekeeping duties
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
- Experience in machine operations is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
- Great attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and motivated to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
- Dedication to work, punctuality, and flexibility to do overtime when required
- Great hand-eye coordination
- Enjoy working with their hands

**Salary**: $21.38 - $25.79 per hour
