Assistant Venue Manager Job Description

As an Assistant Venue Manager at Frontline Recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our gaming facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the gaming room, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Manage Gaming Operations: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
  • Monitor and Maintain Gaming Equipment and Facilities: Ensure that gaming equipment and facilities are in good working order, and that all necessary maintenance is performed.
  • Train and Support Gaming Staff: Provide training and support to gaming staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Assist with Daily Operations: Assist the Venue Manager with daily operations, including overseeing the dining area, bar, and other guest-related activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and events to attract new gaming customers.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries and Feedback: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Uphold High Standards of Hospitality: Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, enforcing policies to guarantee guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of gaming activities, financial transactions, and compliance documentation.
  • Support Venue Manager: Support the Venue Manager in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing gaming facilities or equivalent gaming experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must possess all required licenses (RSA, RSG+ Mods).
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
  • Organisational and Multitasking Abilities: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of Local Regulations: Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to gaming activities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
