Tax Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Consultant to join our Corporate Tax team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analysis of technical tax issues and preparation of tax reports
- Preparation and review of tax-effect accounting calculations
- Assistance with tax consulting advice, including tax consolidation, tax treaties, and hybrid mismatches
- Liaising with the ATO to obtain rulings for clients
- Preparation of company and trust tax returns, including consolidated company tax returns
- Hold or studying towards a professional qualification such as CA, CTA, or other relevant qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Interest in a career of lifelong learning with a focus on developing your knowledge and skills in corporate tax advisory
