Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Entry of detailed data into our transport management systems
  • DIRECTING THE MOVEMENT OF OUR CREWS ACROSS THE AREA TO MINIMISE DELAYS
  • Identifying incidents and finding efficient solutions
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
