System Reliability and Resilience Engineer

We're seeking an exceptional System Reliability and Resilience Engineer to join our team as a Critical Incident Response Lead. This is a critical role where you'll lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-severity incidents, leading temporary response teams to ensure effective resolution.
  • Coordinate analysis and mitigation efforts, engaging the right experts to minimize impact.
  • Ensure clear communications with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the incident lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in incident management and SRE or Security Operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Experience with postmortem processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
