In this role, you will be responsible for providing landscaping and gardening services across multiple retirement and aged care sites. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships. Your cluster will be based in Perth.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:- Performing landscaping services to a number of sites, including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance.
- Garden refreshing, including wood chip, mulch, new plants, and other related tasks.
- External pressure washing of buildings as required.
- Removal of all garden waste and transfer to an authorized waste transfer station.
- Ensuring all required job updates are provided.
- Following a proactive model for groundskeeping maintenance and repairs.
- Previous commercial experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services.
- A valid driver's license and experience driving with a trailer – Mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Current possession of or willingness to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Willingness to receive yearly Flu vaccinations.
- Ability to multi-task, work reliably with limited supervision, and make sound decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with interfacing with technology (iPhone) used to systemically monitor location/jobs.
*The position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check.*
This position is outdoors and requires the ability to work in any and all-weather conditions.
