Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of wind projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and safety excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a $1.5 billion greenfield wind project to shape Australia's renewable future.
  • Implementing and fostering a collaborative project culture that prioritizes safety excellence.
  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycle-design, construction, commissioning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Driving commercial success through robust contract management, risk mitigation, and budgeting.
  • Developing lasting relationships with communities, landowners, and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience delivering complex projects in the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind energy.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale energy projects, including EPC contract model construction.
  • Excellent assurance capabilities, adhering to project management frameworks.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including regulators and government agencies.
  • Accountability for delivering projects exceeding $500 million.
  • Effective stakeholder and community engagement skills, particularly with landholders and EPC contractors.
