**Launch Your Aged Care Career with Our Trainee Program**We're seeking caring and supportive individuals to join our team as trainee aged care workers. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a rewarding field.The program includes on-the-job training, where you'll work and study for 12-15 months to gain your qualification. You'll be trained in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) and assist the elderly in a residential aged care setting with daily lifestyle and activities.This part-time contract role offers flexibility, with the ability to work up to 35 hours a week. Once qualified, you can be moved to a qualified role.You'll be partnered with a workplace buddy/mentor who will support and guide you through the traineeship.To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Valid working rights in Australia and residency in Australia
  • Availability to work AM shift 7:00am to 3:00pm, PM shift 3:00pm to 10:00pm, and attend training 9:00am to 4:30pm
