Key Administration Position

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to provide front-line support at a busy shopping centre.

This role involves delivering exceptional reception and administrative services to the centre management team, ensuring a consistently high level of service to visitors, retailers and customers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior administration experience with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle complaints and manage conflict effectively
  • Background in property is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, retailers and customers
  • Manage incoming calls and messages
  • Maintain and update registers associated with the shopping centre
  • Coordinate with contractors and oversee induction processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager
  • Keep Public Liability documentation current
  • Prepare meeting minutes when required
  • Handle mail and couriers
  • Arrange meeting room bookings and set-ups
  • Manage stationery orders and office supplies
