Job Description

Catherine House supports women in crisis, providing safe and empowering environments for them to rebuild their lives.

  • Lead fundraising initiatives with a focus on schools, community partnerships, and workplace giving programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns, including peer-to-peer and community-based initiatives.
  • BUILD strong relationships with schools, workplaces, and community groups to inspire long-term support.
  • Coordinate workplace and school giving programs, campaigns, and events to increase annual income.
  • SUPPORT community fundraisers and ambassadors to succeed in their activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising efforts and raise awareness.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in fundraising, preferably with schools, workplaces, or community partners.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful fundraising campaigns and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in relationship management and community engagement.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
