Job Summary\

The Assistant Fresh Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational activities across Bakery, Seafood, and Deli departments. They will collaborate closely with the Fresh Food Manager to oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to all online customers. This involves ensuring stock availability to support timely picking of online orders.

This position requires motivating, supervising, and guiding the Deli, Seafood, and Bakery teams to drive results and promote best practices in the Customer Fulfillment Centre. The Assistant Fresh Manager will work in tandem with the Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing talent within the centre to build a talent pipeline for future growth. Effective communication with other centre teams is crucial to share best practices and achieve common goals.

The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for food and shopping, prioritizes customer needs, and thrives in a collaborative environment. They should be adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn and grow with others.
