About The Role
  • Leverage your expertise to develop and maintain a comprehensive design vision for a cutting-edge user experience, encompassing SDKs, configuration tools, analytics interfaces, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate technical requirements and user needs into intuitive designs.
  • Create and uphold a robust design system promoting consistency, scalability, and cross-platform alignment.
  • Pilot prototypes to test and validate design decisions early and often with real users.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs and provide ongoing design support throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Drive cross-functional UX discovery workshops to map user journeys, personas, and workflows for different customer segments.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying UX gaps, usability opportunities, and product cohesion challenges.
  • Take a leading role in hiring and mentoring future designers as the team grows.

To succeed, you'll need a degree in interaction design, HCI, UX, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar is essential, along with strong UX research practices and familiarity with usability testing.
