Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Kardinia Parkside Care Community.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, personal care, and mobility support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility, including transferring, ambulating, and positioning
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, incontinence management, and wound care
  • Support residents with their activities of daily living, including mealtime assistance, hydration, and medication management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert III and IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent qualifications
  • Nursing students also welcome to apply

Benefits:
