Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide in-home care and support services to our clients. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Our clients require assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation. You will work closely with them to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive tailored support that enhances their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • A current Victorian Driver's License is essential for this role.
  • You must hold a First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and have a strong understanding of client physical limitations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are required to coordinate care and manage client schedules.
