The Event Cinemas All Rounder role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you will deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key team member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the seamless operation of our cinema entertainment complex.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Perform all duties according to standard operating procedures.">
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.">
  • Ensure accurate product presentation.">
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, adhering to quality and presentation standards.">
  • Stock replenishment in accordance with merchandising planograms.">
  • Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in procedures, while providing assistance to customers.">
  • Demonstrate and maintain a good knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience.">
  • Apply effective communication skills, including two-way radios.">
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.">
  • Manage lost property effectively.">
  • Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions designated by EVT.">
  • Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.">
  • May undertake cash handling training under supervision.">
