As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, ensuring continued repeat business and the long-term success of our Pharmacy.

In this vital role, you will:

  • Greet every customer who enters the store
  • Care for customers by recommending appropriate products that meet their needs
  • Provide expert product information and advice
  • Ensure customers are informed of product features and benefits, including instructions on how to use them
  • Support companion selling to benefit customers' needs
  • Acknowledge prescriptions and record patient details accurately
  • Provide ongoing assistance and support to all customer service areas within the store
  • Maintain displays and shelves, rotating stock and replenishing inventory

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a Pharmacy or Retail environment
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • General knowledge of pharmacy lines
  • High-level sales techniques
