Improve the financial wellbeing of individuals, businesses and communities through contributing to the efficient establishment and maintenance of trading activity across various financial products.

The role focuses on supporting traders by performing trade validation, settlement, rate setting and reconciliation of fixed income, interest rate and derivative products.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with traders and sales teams to validate and process trades across multiple products including interest rate derivatives, fixed income, foreign exchange, credit derivatives and equities.
  • Ensure timely allocation of trades, reconciliations and generate reports to assist with brokerage payments and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Develop effective working relationships with other Trade Support team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless administration of trades.
  • Maintain operational procedures, including testing and implementation of new processes/procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments in products, processing and confirmation standards.
  • Provide informative management reporting to support business decisions.
  • Adhere to a strict code of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship building skills to maintain and enhance Trader and Operations relationships.
  • A high level of risk awareness, with experience in complex products in highly regulated environments.
