The Opportunity: Member Support ConsultantThis role involves interacting with members from diverse backgrounds and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to sales growth using promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Meet lead contact targets via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide presentations and tours to prospective members.
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- A problem-solving mindset to meet potential members' needs.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire and engage with anyone.
- Driven and goal-focused, always seeking excellence.
- A team player who can rally through challenges and celebrate success.
