Cloud Migration Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Engineer to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our cloud migration project, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based SaaS solutions.

  • Experience in cloud migration projects and strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Detailed understanding of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Infrastructure stack (Windows desktop and server), Microsoft Application & Azure Stacks.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with Microsoft PowerShell, VB Script, and other automation technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure & O365 including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Office 365 Groups, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, and Azure Services.
  • Solid and practical experience in MS Active Directory and demonstrable working knowledge of Windows based server operating systems.

Please note that due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be Australian citizens holding an active baseline security clearance. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud migration projects.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
