Senior Pipelines Engineer

About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Pipelines Engineer to join our team in Brisbane or Melbourne on a 12-month contract.

The ideal candidate will work on various pipeline projects in Australia and PNG, applying recognized engineering practices applicable to onshore pipeline design.

  • Ensure design compliance with regulations, environmental constraints, and quality requirements.
  • Provide cost and schedule estimates for proposals.
  • Plan and execute pipeline activities to maintain schedules.
  • Mentor team members when required.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate project delivery risks and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
  • RPEQ registration.
  • Experience in design and construction of CS pipelines per AS2885 is preferred.
  • Material selection, fracture control plans, and line pipe specifications experience is essential.
