Senior Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Lead to lead workstreams within a large-scale Financial Crime program.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects focused on Financial Crime and AML, from initiation through to delivery.
  • Develop strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations.
  • Apply structured project management practices and take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve business objectives.
  • Support ongoing improvements to project delivery frameworks and team processes.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master within banking.
  • Strong background in Financial Crime project delivery, within a regulatory program.
  • Business-focused approach with hands-on delivery capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in agile and waterfall delivery environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Prior financial crime technology implementation experience (a bonus).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset.
