We're seeking a skilled professional to manage our multi-story commercial assets and their systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, strong knowledge of building services, including fire systems and building intelligence.

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing maintenance of building systems, managing contractor performance, implementing tenant retention strategies, monitoring and managing property data, developing and maintaining standard documentation procedures, procuring and tendering contractors for PPM contracts and various projects, and responding to after-hours emergencies as needed.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a proactive, achievement-oriented approach with a 'can-do' attitude, flexibility, and practical problem-solving skills. They will also have computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance of building systems
