Job Description

As a Quality Calibration leader, you will oversee quality initiatives at various locations.

  • Provide quality calibration services to clients.
  • Implement projects and provide feedback on quality issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage invoicing related to equipment and quality results.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a willingness to develop knowledge of cold drink equipment, and high attention to accuracy.

  • Quality - Ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit, adhering to standard processes, and using IT tools correctly.

Key Elements of this Role
  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Agile in ways of working and able to prioritize multiple initiatives/resources.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Electrical – minimum Cert 2.
  • Beverage (Postmix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge preferred but not essential.
